Pete and Kirsty Smashed the 3 Peaks!

Pete Hunt and Kirsty Taylor took on their toughest challenge yet to raise funds for the JTYAF and Cancer Research.  They did amazingly well, achieving their goal of completing the three peaks within their target of 24 hours.  They raised an incredible £671 for each of their good causes in the process and we can't thank them enough for their support.

Bob Wilson, Sportsman and TV Presenter, was the guest of honour at a Gala Charity Night organised by the Rotary Club of Wimborne, on Friday 24 March at the Marriott Highcliffe Hotel. The event was a huge success and £14,500 was raised for three good causes.

About Us

The John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF) was set up in memory of John Thornton who was tragically killed in Afghanistan in 2008. 

The JTYAF provides opportunities for young people to help them to develop as individuals and fulfil their ambitions in life as John was able to do.
