Supporting a 16 year old Swim Bournemouth Athlete

The JTYAF is delighted to support a talented 16-year-old athlete from Swim Bournemouth with a scholarship to help him continue developing in the sport he loves. A dedicated member of the club for more than five years, he has established himself as a strong and committed competitor, specialising in sprint freestyle.

Our award winner is now working towards reaching Regional Finals and progressing to National level competition. JTYAF funding has contributed towards his Swim Bournemouth Competitive Swimming Club membership fees, enabling him to access regular coaching several times a week as he prepares for upcoming swim meets. The award has also helped with competition fees, removing some of the financial barriers that can stand in the way of sporting progress.

We are proud to support his ambition, dedication and hard work, and wish him every success as he continues his swimming journey.
