Spanish Adventure Brings Language Learning to Life

A dedicated 14-year-old language student has received JTYAF funding towards a five-day Year 10 GCSE Spanish trip to Málaga in 2027. This exciting visit will give her the opportunity to strengthen her language skills, build confidence and prepare for her oral examinations. The itinerary includes visits across Andalusia, including the historic city of Córdoba, as well as daily language sessions at Debla Language School. Through workshops and conversations with local people, she will be able to practise Spanish in an authentic and engaging setting. Our award winner is determined to achieve a top grade in GCSE Spanish and continue the subject at A Level. We are delighted to support this valuable educational experience and wish her every success.
