Huge thanks to Paul for organising our 3rd JTYAF Fly Fishing Event and raising an amazing £430 in the process! He organised the entire day, provided the BBQ lunch and the prize for the heaviest bag. We can’t thank him enough for his continued support.

Holbury Lakes Trout Fishery is just the perfect location. It’s such a beautiful tranquil setting and we were lucky to have sole use of the lakes for our event. We would like to thank everyone who took part for their kindness and generosity. Special thanks must go to George and Holbury Lakes who made this day possible. We were extremely grateful for the generous contribution they made from every ticket. The lakes were well stocked and there was plenty of support for the novices who were new to the sport. Hopefully they are now hooked on fly fishing and will be coming back for more next year.

The sixteen fisherman who took part had a great day, caught 56 trout between them and we couldn’t believe that this 3rd event was again bathed in wall to wall sunshine!
