Alex is an Award Winner from 2011 when the JTYAF helped him travel to the United Nations in New York to take part in the Global Young Leaders Conference.
He has already raised funds for the JTYAF with a sponsored static bike ride last year and now “the big one!”.

The John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF) was set up in memory of John Thornton who was tragically killed in Afghanistan in 2008.
The JTYAF provides opportunities for young people to help them to develop as individuals and fulfil their ambitions in life as John was able to do.
