Sainsbury's Supporting JTYAF

The success of the JTYAF has only been made possible by the support from our trustees, volunteers, donors, supporters and our local community. It's been a team effort. The support we received at our Sainsbury's collecting day recently, just shows what can be achieved when we all work together.

With over 25 volunteers supporting us including, Girl Guides and their Leaders, Air Cadets, Ferndown Upper School Students and many of our regular supporters we raised a total of £660!

It didn't end there though. The same evening the fabulous New Beats with Denis Bell from Sainsbury's on drums, put on a gig at the Forest Inn, Ferndown which raised over £200 with a great raffle.  What a night it was, the audience enjoyed it so much they were dancing on the table!

Huge thanks to everyone who supported us including Superior Seals for their generous donation of the star prize of lunch at the Chewton Glen, for the raffle. Also the Shed Store, Moors Valley Country Park, Osprey Publishing and Adventure Wonderland, not forgetting Sainsbury's and the New Beats of course!
