10th Anniversary Plane Pull

The Plane Pull was celebrating it's 10th year this year and it is amazing to see how the event has grown since 2008.

The JTYAF was there from the first event, when it was organised for John's Foundation and the Motor Neuron Disease Association.  The event has raised a huge amount of money for charity over the years and we were proud to be a part of it again this year.

We at the JTYAF have been involved and participated in the Dorset Plane Pull since it’s inception 10 years ago. A thoroughly professional day which is great fun as well as being a brilliant fundraiser.

Stig's Boys were pulling again for JT and were the first team on the tarmac.  There were a few team members missing but the Stig pulled in a few supporters to help. They warmed things up for everyone and came in 26th place.  Stig is an absolute star and has been organising a team for this event for many years now.

Team CC from the Conditioning Centre were also pulling for the JTYAF and came a very respectable 9th out of 31 teams.  They're aim is to take top spot next year! They'll have a whole bunch of gorillas to compete against though as we're looking forward to seeing a team from our friends at Go Ape, Moors Valley.

Kyrie, Richard, Karl, Peter and their team work extremely hard to organise this great event and we would like to thank them and congratulate them on their achievement.  Thanks must also go to our teams and supporters and we look forward to seeing you all again for Year 11 !!!
