Dan will be taking on the ultimate '40 for JT' Charity Challenge in support of the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF). A solo endurance cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats of 1040 miles!

We’re thrilled to announce that the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation has been selected to progress to the voting stage to become one of AFC Bournemouth’s charity partners!

What an incredible day at Ferndown Middle School! To support the JTYAF, the entire school community came together for a Fun Run

Our funding enabled Cattistock Cricket Club to purchase a mobile net and an artificial wicket for the junior section, significantly improving their training and coaching facilities.

So far this year we have provided funding to eleven participants helping with expedition fees and equipment enabling them to complete their expeditions for either their Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards.

The JTYAF is delighted to support access for young children and families who might not otherwise have the opportunity to benefit from the unique experiences that Hayley’s Child in the Wild Forest School offers.

A 14-year-old Air Cadet from Lyneham Squadron will be attending a Remembrance Camp this November, supported by the JTYAF.

West Moors Middle School students recently supported the 40 for JT Challenge with a ‘Colour Rush’ Fun Run. We were absolutely delighted to receive a cheque for an incredible £1830.54!  What a fantastic fundraising achievement. We can’t thank the students enough for their support.

A 14-year-old student from Ferndown Upper School has been selected as one of only 32 athletes to represent Dorset at the National Schools’ Championships in Birmingham.
