Two talented musicians have been awarded funds to pursue their passion in music.
A young member of Dorset Music Service will use his award to purchase a new violin suited to his skill level.
He has played at The Royal Albert Hall and has toured some of Belgium's finest cathedrals with the orchestra.
He aims to pass his Music A Level with a high grade so that he can continue his love of music by taking a course at University.
A talented electric guitar player who has gained Grade 7 standard, has now set his sights upon learning how to play the classical guitar.
He has recently become interested in the classical / flamenco playing by Rodrigo y Gabriella.
He wants to share his talent by teaching others in the future.
We wish these gifted young people the best of luck in pursuing their dreams in music.
