How to Apply for Awards with the JTYAF supported organisations

The JTYAF supports 11 organisations and each organisation has their own application process, see below for details and links. Please note that only members from these organisations will be considered for awards from the JTYAF.

Ferndown Upper School
Complete an application form and submit it to your Head of Year. Applications for 2012 must be submitted by 31st December 2011. Click here to download the application form.

Dorset and Wilts Wing of the Air Training Corps
Complete an application form and submit it to your Commanding Officer. Click here to download the application form.

The Air Cadets Junior Leaders Course
Members of the current course should make enquiries to the Junior Leader Course Staff.

The NE Forest Division of the Guides
Complete an application form and submit it to your Guide Leader. Click here to download the application form.

The Coda Fiddle Orchestra
Awards are made by nomination by the Coda Fiddle Orchestra and there is therefore no application process.

The Dorset Fire and Rescue Service Cadets
Complete an application form and submit it to your Course Leader. Click here to download the application form.

The Dorset Music Service
Awards are made by nomination. There is therefore no application process.

The Duke of Edinburgh´s Award, Dorset

The Tall Ships Trust
Awards are made by nomination from the Tall Ships Trust and there is therefore no application process.

Ferndown Middle School
Awards are made by nomination. There is therefore no application process.

Beaucroft Foundation School
